Having stayed at Sun City Hotel as a couple on many occasions, we decided to bring the family - 3 generations. We all had a wonderful time and are planning to return same time, next year. The restaurant and snack bar covered all bases. We were extremely happy with the variety and standard of food on offer and we all ate very well. We would like to mention Ahmet in the restaurant who went the extra mile to ensure we were well looked after and ensured my daughter was spoilt on her birthday, with flowers on the table. The drinks on offer with the All inc were more than we expected and the bar staff were super friendly, especially Sonner. The rooms were very clean and linen changed regularly. The grounds were very attractive and well tended. And of course, there was Tweety! Such a super helpful guy who did an amazing family photo shoot, very reasonably priced. He also organises the Turkish Bath and Massage - which I really enjoyed and were well worth the money. My daughter visited the hairdresser and her husband, the barbers. Both very pleased. The hotel is within easy reach of the strip and the free bus transfer to the Blue Lagoon is a great bonus and Whilst the food and drink is not included in the All Inc, the prices were reasonable and the sun beds were free. We just loved the whole experience!

Upon check in we were welcomed to 5 star service whereby we had to off load and carry our own luggage. |We were then handed the key to our haven for the weekend, located above the restaurant, with the smell of fried chicken wafting through the bathroom. |After complaining, we were given the option to move to move to a new room.||As we headed to the room the corridor smelt like musty carpets and drains - the perfect precedent to our room which stank of dirty drains and had no functioning extractor in the bathroom. ||The rooms provide the opportunity for a fun game “The floor is lava” as you work hard to avoid coming into contact with the nasty carpets which appear to be installed around 1993.|The hotel must be quite eco friendly and saves electricity and water by not using a vacuum cleaner and leaving the carpets au naturale.||Breakfast is reasonable and enjoyable provided you’re willing to stand in a queue because staff are unable to clear tables fast enough, leaving empty dirty tables for up to 15 minutes, ignoring the large queue of guests waiting. ||Did I mention the mattresses? They are so worn out I’m sure that’s what it feels like to go camping.||There’s no amount of complaining that could make your stay more pleasant. The Situation is too far gone - my advice to you is stay home, stay safe.

This hotel was clean and comfortable, with a well appointed room and good free wifi. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection and quite delicious. The staff is attentive. The food court, shopping and other attractions of Sun City being just across the road make it a very convenient location. ||I would definitely go back!

This is an honest post. Please I beg you not to stay here as it is the worse hotel in the world. Let alone the state of the rooms with no electricity due to dodgy wiring. The guests staying next door are smoking drugs which is against hotel policy and due to communal balcony keep knocking on my window and blasting loud music and it's gone past midnight. Despite 4 calls with reception, nothing was done to move these guests.
